Postnatal Doula and Breastfeeding Counsellor

Doula Support Services

Choosing a doula is a very personal choice – we spend time with you during what can be an emotional and demanding time so finding the right person for you is vital! Here is a little more information about my services. These can be tailored to your needs so do get in touch if you would like to find out more.

As well as my postnatal doula services, I offer two antenatal sessions: Postnatal Preparation and Breastfeeding Preparation. These can be a very useful way to prepare for your postnatal period and can be booked as a stand-alone, or in conjunction with postnatal doula care. They can take place in person or virtually.

Postnatal Support

These hours can be arranged to suit you in the early days, weeks, and months, with a minimum of 3 hours per session. I offer unlimited text, e-mail, or phone support between sessions. I support you at home to help you rest, recover, and adapt to life with your new baby. I can help with baby care, feeding support, cooking, light housework, looking after older children and pets, and anything to help you rest and recover. I also help you with information, resources, and most importantly, compassionate, emotional support.

12-hour support package £336 (£28 per hour)

20-hour support package £520 (£26 per hour)

Ad-hoc support (£30 per hour)

Bespoke packages can be arranged, and if your budget is tight please get in touch to have a chat. I offer vouchers too, which can be a good baby shower or gift idea!

It can also arm you ahead of time with helpful resources and contacts. I follow this meeting up with a document containing a synopsis of what we discussed and relevant information and resources.
